Having purchased my motor originally the staff/salesman was good. On taking the car away having brake warning and EML issue,. Having the car inspected by a main dealer a few weeks later whilst having serviced, brakes was deemed as unsafe, (sold me a car with faulty brakes) and a poor paint job repai, and other issues. On confronting speaking to the owner received abuse down the phone - talk about poor aftersales. Overhaul a poor service providing and really poor aftersales - wouldn't recommend
Stay away , Ive had problems with my car from day 1 , dont listen to there bs
My advice is to Avoid this company at all costs! They advertised a 64 plate Mercedes CLA on their web site and also on e bay, stating the vehicle was Fully HPI Clear I attended to inspect the vehicle on 29.1.19 and spoke to the owner Andy and his colleague. They were very vague about the vehicle and when I asked if there was anything I needed to know about its history they stated no They Were anxious for me to sign up for a deal there and then with my car as a trade in, I asked about the Hpi and was told it was clear as per their advert. I Asked for proof but stated they did not have access to the HPI register!!Fortunately I didnt sign or commit at that time as something just didnt seem right and conducted my own HPI internet check at home. I discovered that the vehicle had been recorded as a Cat D insurance write off in 2015 and also had outstanding finance and a fraud alert! They were trying to sell it as a clean car with no intention of making me aware of its true history and using incorrect details on their adverts, I called them the next day to ask them why they had kept the cars true history from me and they put the phone down on me!! What is going on at this garage?? Im sure trading standards will be interested in their actions, adverts and the way they conduct themselves as a business. I wouldnt go any where near this place and had a lucky escape that could have proved financially very costly .
AVOID THIS DEALER Bought a car and was told it would be serviced, cleaned and would have two new rear tyres fitted and a half tank of fuel put in before I took delivery on an agreed date, the date came and went I called them and was told they are very busy but it would be ready the next day, I called them again and was told the car was ready to be picked up I picked the car up and it did not have very much fuel in it at all I did query this and they did write me a cheque for 25 I thought fair enough, drove the car a few yards down the road and the automatic gearbox got stuck in 3rd gear and showed an error on the dashboard got the car home and had a look around the car itself and found the pricing board in the boot which to me suggested they never even cleaned the car like they said they would, checked the manual and noticed no recent service stamps suggesting they never even bothered servicing it either, called the dealer and mentioned about the gearbox fault was told to bring it back and they will have it fixed, brought the car back and was told it would be fixed within a few days 2 weeks went by with me calling them every other day to check progress in the end I called the garage where it was being fixed to be told they know what the problem was and were ready to fix it the previous week but they needed authorisation from QMC so QMC were the ones to blame for the fix taking so long. After getting the car back from having the gearbox fixed I decided to have new brake pads fitted on the rear as it was an advisory on the last MOT, after having this done the mechanic showed me the "new" tyres that the dealer had fitted to the car and although the tread was like new the tyre walls were badly cracked with cracks deep enough that a screwdriver could fit into them about half an inch, the mechanic advised me that I should get new tyres fitted as they could be dangerous I did not hesitate to follow his advice as my partner and I had just had a child one month prior, this cost me a hefty 230 as I opted to have the same tyres that were fitted. After all of this I thought ok not a great experience from this dealer but it wasn't over yet after a week of driving the car using it mostly on short journeys to and from work I was out on a longer journey on faster roads and a warning message flashed on the dashboard to say the engine was overheating and to stop immediately when I got to my destination I had look at the coolant level in the car and it was fine on the way home the message never appeared so I didn't think much of it the next day I took the car out on a faster road to see if the message came up again and it did so I brought it straight to the QMC dealer and all one of the guys said was "oh yea all of them makes of cars show that don't worry about it" he had a quick look under the bonnet put some water in the coolant tank and sent me on my way, I brought the car to the garage where I had my brakes and tyres done to ask some advice and they very kindly said bring it back in the morning and we will diagnose it for nothing to which they found the problem being a faulty thermostat I thought oh great it won't be expensive to fix surely but to my surprise they quoted 400, I brought the quote to QMC and they dismissed it and said they will take the car and get it done for 120 but they will not pay for it since it was no longer under warranty which had only lapsed by one day, eventually after much arguing they said they would have the car fixed I dropped the car off with them and again I had to keep chasing to find out what progress had been made with the car but was getting nowhere and no-one I spoke to could tell me where the car even was, eventually I found out the car was at the garage they used for the gearbox fix and when I went out to collect the car the garage told me that QMC were not paying to have the car fixed and that it wasn't actually fixed, after contacting QMC yet again and arguing with them again they agreed that they would reimburse me if i personally had the car fixed, WHICH THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE!!
Got a car from here a year ago and had nothing but problems with it, spent way too much money on the car. They sold me a dud and I'm pretty sure they knew about it.
