Rude and unprofessional.returned a car after a 3 year lease.only to be chased by the finance company to pay for the car .(even though the car had been returned to Pentagon ).a lack of communication between Them and the finance company.still waiting for Pentagon to call us back after trying to sort it out. wouldn't recommend.

The staff was very welcoming. They didn't have the car I wanted the sales woman tracked down within a week a car. I had the choice of three cars two of them the colour I asked for there was no pressure to buy and everything was explained to me in detail. I'm really happy with my car and with Charlie who helped me. Thank you I will certainly shop there again
Amazing lady ( I am terrible with names ) on the service desk was great, put up with my 1001 questions and acted on my concerns after an initial call. The mechanics sorted the issues in a day when I was expecting to lose it for 3 days with one exception down to stock issues which should be resolved in a week or two. 5 stars thanks guys!
