I took my daughter's car in for a recall and was very pleased with the service I received from this Peugeot dealership. Rebecca in the showroom could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly. She told me they would need the car all day due to the work needed to be done and that someone would ring me later when it was ready to be collected. I received a call later that day from Ray who said the car was ready but during the free health check they discovered the front disc pads were nearing the end of their life and gave me a quote to fit new ones. I told Ray i would be getting new pads fitted with them telling me about this, but not by them. He was absolutely fine about that and didn't try to pressure me in to letting them do the work which if you read the reviews on here came as a bit of a surprise. In my experience I would recommend anyone to use this dealership and again many thanks to Rebecca and Ray for providing a friendly, polite and professional service.
Sold my 11 year old Corsa and found the process very simple and straightforward. The team were all friendly and approachable and the payment was in my account on the day that i was told it would be . Another good aspect is that these guys don't charge an admin fee like some other companies.I would recommend anyone who is thinking about selling their car to consider this company and get a quote.
