Brought a car from this garage, I thought I could trust them!... he knew from the start that I was a single mum working 3 jobs .....paid near on 2000 for a car,... I got a 3 month warranty from this garage, .... 11 weeks after I had this car the head gasket went!!... (he steve said he would have it repaired... which in my eyes he did)!!!.... 7 months later the car went bang!!... Iv had to pay 275:00 in diagnosing the problem!!... turns out someone either mcc or the mechanics they choose... shove some sort of sealant into my engine as a quick fix!!!.... I have a full diangnostic report from very reputable real mechanics!!!... having a vehicle for 10 months brought from a garage like this, you would expect to be able to drive it!!... 10 months after having it ... its buggered!!... the minimum I think steve should do it to contact me to say sorry!!!.... I trusted you steve, not only have u let me down, you have let my son down!!... how we gonna get to go away on holiday now??
This is the worst retailer ever. Said a car had a full service history when he didn't even have the papers, then turned out he didn't check at all. The car was filthy, didn't even bother to clean it, with loose screws all over. The warranty he offers is his own garage's. Avoid buying anything from Steve!
