The team reserved a car for me by taking a deposit but when I read the advert again I notice no sat. nav. so changed my mind. The response was excellent and they offered to fit sat nav for me FOC. Unfortunately, I had already proceeded with another car from a different dealer. Full deposit refunded without any problems at all. Didn't buy from them in the end but commendable service and flexibility nonetheless.
No after Sales Service. Poor Informed Sales people. Will not return phone calls.Unable to speak to anyone in authority. Incorrect Information given on sale of car. Informed car had 12 months MOT, actually had 9months when sale went through.Informed car had run flat tyres, after a blow out Informed by AA that car did not have run flats. Very disappointed, would not deal with this garage again.
Just a quick review to say I'd a great experience with JCT 29 Select. I saw the car I wanted online and was able to reserve it over the phone with Ty and Jamie, and go down and see it the following weekend at a time that suited me. I spotted the car I wanted on the JCT29 Select website so I gave them a call. I had never heard of JCT29 or had any previous dealings and they certainly are not local to me. So this was a first experience. I spoke first with Jamie (excellent customer service and my main contact throughout) and I explained that I had outstanding finance on my car. Didn't seem to be a problem. In fact nothing was a problem. A 20 min phone call and I had secured the car I wanted, trading in my car against it. I live 300 miles away and drove to Mansfield. I met Gary, the owner, Ty the mechanic and Ian who sorted out my paper work. Felt like I was in good hands. Between them all they had me and my daughter back on the road in the new car. (which we love by the way)They made the whole process simple, painless and quick. A very positive experience beginning to end hence the 5 star review. This is more of an update as I bought my Fiesta From Jamie last November, and after 5000 miles I am as pleased now as the day I first got it!! I bought the car over the phone which is something i have never done and had them deliver it to the Highlands. So unfortunately never got the chance to meet Jamie or see the premises. A few months later i was passing that area of the country with work so decided to pop in and when I arrived I was given a warm welcome by Jamie who was genuinely pleased to see me and the car. We chatted for a good half hour and I was very impressed with the set up of the premises, all very neat and tidy, very professional. It was a pleasure to meet you Jamie, and thanks again. I would recommend your business to anyone looking for a good used car!!
