Would like to say a massive thank you to Bristol Street Renault Mansfield team. My van was recently taken in under warranty for a few minor faults. Even tho the van wasnt originally brought from Mansfield, they provided a fantastic service start to finish. Any faults were ofcourse fixed. Im told they did a software update on it as well. I can honestly say that this has transformed my van. It drives so much better. Thank you so much Renault Mansfield, particularly the technician that worked on my van.
Bristol Street Motors hard to beat.I submit this review with my greatful thank's to Bristol Street Motors Mansfield..; from the outset, senior sales Paul greeted me with a warm reception, offering welcome refreshments on such a hot day whilst assuring me of his best attention.Paul allayed my anxieties as i was out of my depth buying the first car of my life (i am 55 now). After a chat about how to go about things and more importantly what i would like in my chosen car. He went on to introduce me to Craig whom looked after me making the whole process feel seemless and effortless on my part.I had a good deal on the car too !.I am pressed to point out that as a newby it felt like a daunting task prior to walking in but Bristol Street Motors were professional, knowledgeable and all presenting in every aspect from manner to model. I love my car and wish to extend my thank's.Mr N Johnson
Ordered a Kadja on the 4.4.18 was told it would take 12 weeks and the salesperson would keep me regularly updated each month. Heard nothing on the 4.5.18 or the 4.6.18. I got a call on the 13.6.18 to say that the salesperson had moved to pastures new and that I had a new contact. He said he would look into what was happening with the car and would call me back asap. He called back on the 15.6.18 to say that the car had not been ordered and would I like to order a new one that would take a further 12 weeks. No real explanation was given as to why the Kadja was not originally ordered on the 4.4.18 so I declined ordering another. This is really not good service for a dealership and if I could have given no stars I would have done!
