A bit strange dropping it off as the person on the counter clearly wasn't a musician and stared blankly at me when I was talking about intonation but nevertheless it got sorted with a phone call later which was ok. Will be going back with my Wilshire
Been buying equipment from this shop for 32 years, organs, keyboards, guitars and string but I'll never go in again. No one else in the shop and the owner couldn't even give me the time of day. No wonder he can't afford to keep strings in stock if that's the level of customer support he offers. I've always shopped locally to support local business but 2 minutes with this guy has convinced me to take my money and shop online Well done music scene
I bought my first guitar here and they was very very helpful.Been again on the 8/6/18 and it was a different staff member and he couldn't have been more helpful. Even gave me helpful tips for my practicing chords.

Great shop - unlike the big box shifting companies you get to go in and talk to a HUMAN , get advice and more importantly TOUCH the thing you are buying!One of the owners, James, is always chirpy and really helpful and will always price match or beat it where he can!Long live music shops! It's where every teen starts their dream and we should all remember that and shop in them, not just rely on the internet!Good effort guys, good luck and long may it continue.
