Quoted 100 quid for a windows install because apparently id need a new ''hard drive''.. fixed it myself for 3 quid...cow boys and after reading the other reviews im surprised there still in business

scum! caution for everyone! if you do believe them that they will fix something, take all recipes, record videos, all communication should be recorded with them. they'll feed you with "tomorrow" every day. otherwise you risk with your loptop. they will waste your time and money if i could give -1 star i would give ... unfortunately have to give 1 star to leave comment about their "professional work" they don't deserve even 1 star . avoid, avoid, avoid
I cant believe Iv got to give this place one star wish I could leave no stars. I cant believe this place is still open, the worst customer service such rude people. Had my computer for a year to fix hard drive. No call kept going in sorry give me a week no customer service at all. Out raged
Honestly I've been into this shop twice now and the guy serving is amazing! Very nice and both times I have had a honest answer. They really do respect their customers and genuinely want to help you. Very few shops and people left like this. I wish I could give a higher rating!
