The website informs that they are taking on nhs and private patients but when I went to enquire, I was told by the receptionist that they aren't doing so. She then went to check after I mentioned the website, then said that they don't change their own website and are only taking private patients (while, very clearly judging me) and didn't apologise about my wasted time or anything. Not pleased! (Saturday 4th, 10.30am)
Not very impressed. Receptionist thought it was ok to check her Facebook page while I signed a form! Lady dentist wasn't very pleasant and the dental nurse could've cracked a smile. Especially as I had 3 nervous children with me...maybe it was the heat as I wouldn't normally write a bad review :(
HORRIBLE! Reception staff are rude. The dentist did not even look at my face to speak to me until all treatment was finished! This has been my experience regardless of dentists, awful atmosphere!
Dr Jai Sanghera is the kindest, most considerate dentist I have ever had treatment from. He understands and respects my hygiene anxiety; never makes me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed by my issues, and I fully trust his advice. I really hope that he stays with this practice. Thank you so much
