I take my elderly father to this practice. Sometimes it can be very difficult to get him to cooperate, but I must say, this practice and the dental surgeon my father sees are very understanding when it comes to treating him. Thank you for not only having the patience and compassion I have seen during these appointments, but for also helping to keep me calm and for reassuring me that all will be fine.
Brilliant dentists. Had a tooth removed and a bridge made and put in. The only negative was that I had to wait upto 40 mins past my appointment time but that is just one of those things.
Absolutely bad place! The staff including dentists never listen to our concern and most of them are rude.I have been there for a filling recently, because of the wrong treatment couldn't sleep for couple of days until it's corrected by an another dentist.I never recommend this dental practice to anyone..###
Visited this practice this morning with my son to see if he could have a tooth out that was wobbly and had been for a long time . Was told that the tooth was fine and would come out naturally . However before this i was told by the very rude dentist that i had been neglecting my child as this was his first visit to a dental practice (he has had his teeth checked regularly at school for years and hes autistic and gets anxious so as no problems had ever been spotted i thought that was that . The dentist would not listen to any of this and just spoke to me like i was the worst mother in the world!I wont be visiting this place ever again . My sons teeth are fine and in no way neglected . SO RUDE!!! And from a surgery that is so proud of it customer service ! what a joke .. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very clean & nice premises. Reception staff were very competent which made my visits quick and easy. Dentist did an amazing job fitting me for a crown. Everything went to plan exactly how it was described to me. Had no pain or discomfort and staff were very professional through-out. Probably the best dentist I have been too! ** I have noticed others have left reviews that the staff are rude! - I totally disagree - The staff were very busy every time I visited and were professionally each time. I think its unfair some people have left bad reviews because the staff were not chatty or had time to listen to their stories or problems. The staff are there to do a job and I found them very professional. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face with a lovely fitted front crown.
