I walked away from this dentist in disgust after waiting 25 minutes for my appointment as I was supposed to be having a tooth out only to be told that until l had an xray they may not be able to do the extraction . Yet when I made the appointment I was told if the pain became unbearable I could ring at 8 15 a m and l would receive an emergency appointment. They were very uncaring.
We visited this dentist today having moved to the area. Requested a dentist downstairs as I'm registered disabled and the dentist was amazing. Talked through everything he was doing and even did a tooth repair to save me returning. He also said that I didn't need to go again for another year. Also saw our old dentist Naz who has moved to this surgery so very happy indeed. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this practice. Mr and Mrs Dulake
Been here a few years after not being able to find a new dentist after moving house this practice managed to get me in. Never really had any problems online booking is simple, ringing is easy and the staff are friendly. Can be a wait sometimes depending on the time you ring but you can leave a message for a call back. I've had to make several emergency appointments and each time they have got me in the same day if not the next. Overall great service and my kids also love seeing there dentist there very friendly.
Been with this dentist since I was a child Im now 49 and my kids eldest is 17 Last year me and the kids couldnt make our 6month check up appointment due to illness job move and moving home. I did let them know and said I would be in touch to make another appointment. Yesterday I rang they cannot fit us in until January 2019. Absolutely Disgusted how ever they could get me in tomorrow for an emergency appointment ??? Regarding an on going problem which the dentist says there is nothing there. Iv not been happy with the level of service for a few years now. Next week we r booked in for a checkup with another dentist they can have my money now. So sad
Cancelled my appointment twice, I then ring up with a toothache from hell and an elder receptionist who talks likes she owas the practice tells me "you should have rung at 8.15 not 8.30, we're all double booked " I now have to wait 24hrs in pain. This use to be a good dentist., not any more.
