Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They sent me a pair of shoes WITHOUT LACES!But the worst is to come: They refused to provide me with a return label, told me I had to pay for return and instead sent me another pair of laces.Like... random generic laces... Not even the original ones...I tried to talk sense to Rachel from Customer Service but this is worthless. For her, she made it up to me by sending me new laces.I'm now posting my issue on every customer association and every rating website I can find in UK and France.And all this troubles for... 36. That shows you how greedy they are.
Modern slavery, people threatened every day with remaining without job because of targets, manipulating people like robots by obligating them to scan on clock screes on every break (before and after), doing voice-picking with very dangerous and harmfull headsets (people went sick with huge migrenes and nose bleeding) and obligation of reporting on headset even when you go to toilet.. canteen with cold enviornment for "keeping food fresh" instead of putting fridges, salary much below minimum wage because of time wasting on security checks (they are obsessed of people who steal from warehouse and they deserved to be stolen).
Awful, diabolical company.Non-existent customer service, poor return service, no phone number to speak to an actual live human being, just automated service.This company would get a 1/4 star if it was available.I pity the employees who work for pittance, get grief from all sides and are treated like modern slaves.The directorship of this company should be fired and the company given a complete overhaul.Never order from online if you hope to get anything in a reasonable time, in good condition or actually what you ordered in the first place.
Absolutely disgusted with sports direct. Had no idea that refund was not an option. Brought trainers that were too small and the next size up were too big in every style. No sorry I dont want a credit note I dont care how long it lasts. I wanted my money back. It was never explained to me at any point during purchase that they dont refund. I would have never brought them if I knew. A company as big as sports direct its unbelievable that they dont offer refunds. I wont be making this mistake again Id rather pay over the odds in JDsports and have the freedom to have a refund should I ever need one. Sports direct I will never be spending another penny with you!
Love this place can't fault it! Great products for all budgets. Very clean and well presented throughout the store 5 stars isn't enough 10 out 10 from me.
