Dropped bike off Sunday for new cables and to index the gears properly as I was struggling.Was all ready the next day for 45. Bike in perfect running condition.
Tried buying a second hand Giant anthem bike over last few months.Just about to seal the deal when I,and the shop assistant noticed a problem with the suspension. After numerous phone calls,email to see if the bike was sorted was told the price would be increased?Trying to sort it with the original owner who works at the shop who did not seem to know what to do,and been messed about I decided to leave it.Customer service I found to be poor,sorry very poor.Would not advise buying a bike from them.
Think that you don't have a clue about your own bike. They did nothing on it when I asked for full service and front hub fix. They didn't do anything to the front hub as my mate took it apart when I got it back and was in the same state. Waste of money
Really disappointed. After being a customer for over a year now. Ive taken 3 or 4 bikes here for service. To be honest Ive been quite pleased in the past but not now! I had a full strip down service st a cost of 120 pounds with parts on road bike. After a couple of weeks and only riding the bike in dry weather the bike delveloped an annoying creaking noise from the forks/headset area. I asked the shop what the noise was and they said oh it just needs tightening up I tried this and nothing still making the horrible noise. So I stripped it down myself only to find absolutely NO GREASE at all! Nothing! Now I think when I pay so much money for a service I expect the job done properly. They have lost a good customer that will never go there again
Took my mountain bike into on yer bike for a service as my gears were slipping, they replaced rear cassette, chain and cables as well as brakes and cables. Have rode approx 300 mile since and it rides like a new bike.Great service and workmanship at a very competitive price would definitely recommend on yer bike.
