Amazing place, wonderful atmosphere. Good us always excellent quality. Had a roast dinner then amount on the plate was amazing always too much for me but extremely satisfying
I visited your restaurant today with my Son. We arrived at 13.30pm for lunch. We found a table quite quickly as it wasn't too busy. We chose our food quite swiftly as we knew what we wanted. Both my Son and I went to the bar to order. No one was there. We saw a few members of staff working in the restaurant area but none on the bar to take our food and drink orders. There was another lady stood near us on her mobile trying to contact her friend whom she was waiting for.. After 10 minutes we were still stood waiting with no one in sight. After 14 minutes we were about to walk away when a young lady came behind the bar went to the lady on her mobile and asked what she needed. She went to pour her a drink never giving us an apology or even eye contact. I said"excuse me we have been waiting for over 10 minutes and we are going to leave as no one seems to want our money in here". I thought I would have at least had an apology, but no. Her response was"i have been round the other side making coffee! ". I was stunned. I have been a good customer and always praised your food and service. But not any more. My parting farewell was" this is poor service. Shocking service. You have just lost me as customer ". Too which she just shrugged her shoulders and went back to pouring the drink. I am saddened that your customer service has diminished so much. I am very offended in her response and attitude. Lovely homely place. Great service. Good food. Club sandwich needs thinner sliced bread and little more filling but delicious anyway
One of our absolute favourite places to eat at. Great food and service! The rotisserie chicken is always very well cooked and juicy and the meat och great too.
