Lovely place fires so lovely on a cold winters night food excellent value. Shame there's no drinks ie cocktail offer or something like that on a week night! Very pleasant staff
My husband booked us a New Years Eve Breakfast which we were both looking forward too, but unfortunately we were quickly disappointed by being greeted with an extremely poor buffet breakfast. The selection available included congealed beans, grey scrambled egg, both potatoes and black pudding was swimming in grease. The whole breakfast was completely unedable.I did complain, but to be honest the lady couldnt of cared less about the state of the food and actually thought it was acceptable. Wouldnt go again and certainly wouldnt recommend.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Visited for large group (80+) meal in the restaurant at the back. Food was lovely. It was hot and they served a whole table at once. We had pre-ordered our food, so when it was brought out, they called out the name who it was for. Was very impressed how smoothly it went.Would recommend for functions.
Waited 45 minutes for our meal and was told it was because it was really busy as they had a party of 70 in! Then had to send back my dessert as it was cold, admittedly they did come back with a second dessert fairly quickly but it was awful when I tasted it do that went back as did my friend's dessert as she couldn't eat it. When the bill came it still included my friend's dessert and they hadn't taken off the 30 deposit we'd had to pay to book the table, really not impressed on this visit.
