Following an unexpected change in my personal circumstances, I was in a position where I needed to find a property quick. The team at Leaders went out of their way to find me a property and managed to convince a landlord who had the flat on the sales market to rent. They then sorted the referencing and moved me in within a week! Outstanding service and will definitely use Leaders again.

On the initial phone call he went above and beyond to provide detailed information which really helped us out. Paul also arranged for us to move into our new property via a different base as this was closer to our location and much more convientent for us. Paul even arranged for me to visit the property and helped me measure up rooms so that I could order furniture that would fit prior to moving in. Highly recommend leaders. Ive been a contractor for the rented appliances for them for years. They are always quick at resolving issues if any arise and give me authority to try and repair on the first visit. All the staff are really friendly, helpful and always on the go.
Ive been with leaders nearly 4 years now Im renting a house and I can honestly say I have no complaints the customer service is exceptional! Especially Heather Elder, every time I Ive needed maintenance doing Heather has gone above and beyond for me , she looked after me when I chose the house and ever since she has got back to me straight away with any work I needed doing , I rang a few weeks ago as my fence and gate was broken , the next day I came home from work and they were both mended ! Excellent service , my dishwasher has broke a new replacement has been sorted by Heather and will be fitted before Xmas , Im so happy with the customer service I cant speak highly enough of leaders especially Heather , I would recommend Leaders to anyone thinking of buying or renting properties without a doubt !!!
