Cancelled one hour before we were due to view a property for sale with them. My husband finished work early for nothing. Very unprofessional in our opinion.
Great talk but no delivery John the owner is a great salesman but unfortunately in my experience thats all it was. Talk and no sale. Taking away the fact he didnt sell my house after price drops and a complaint in lack of movement. The service was poor from him and his team After 4 months and so few viewings I complained to the owner John who said he would make it featured and put his best exec Megan on this house but a week later no call from the exec and no feature. 7+ months plus with Buckley and little more than 3 viewings and no update from the team has left a sour tatste for me.

Fantastic! When we sold my parents home we invited 3 agents (2 from our own knowledge) and Buckley Brown from GetAgent. Buckley Brown valued the property higher than the other agents and whilst we appointed them we were somewhat anxious that the higher valuation might hamper the sale. We need not have been concerned - Buckley Brown organised numerous viewings within days and secured the first good offers within a week with the final offer being accepted a few days later. Their contact and office efficiency were superb. Highly recommended.
