Never had anything but good service from this post office. Always found the staff friendly & helpful
Ive just been into this post office and Im absolutely appalled by the customer service and manners of staff..well one inparticular! I needed to fill out some information to send a parcel and asked for a pen after being ignored once and standing there I then asked again to then have Janice Slam the pen down on the desk in a huff! After confronting her about this rudeness it turned out she did hear me the first time but she was doing something So instead of politely acknowledging me she clearly thought it was best to ignore! Ive came out of this post office shaking Im that angry! Maybe they need to train their staff on basic customer service skills!
