A lovely place to visit, the staff are all hard workers and always have a smile on their face! Very helpful and friendly!
It is always a pleasure to visit this post office. All staff are very friendly and polite, perfectly trained to give the correct advice when posting my products to all corners of the globe.
Rude obnoxious woman. Needs some training. Mouthing at a disabled elderly woman over something that did not concern her. Nosey interfering lady... then carrying it on after 3 months and starting on my husband. Pathetic!!
I would not give any stars if possible. Went in today to put some electric on my key. In a very polite manner I said hello are you ok . The young madam who was serving looked up and saw that I was with my wife who the whole family had a go at a few weeks before because my wife had mentioned that the builders had blocked the car park off at the back off the shop and me who is disabled and my farther in law who is also disabled could not get parked up.so after the you madam realised it was my wife SHE then said in a very unprofessional and snotty manner oh it's you why did you leave us a 1 star rating .instead of saying how can I help today .to which I said in a very polite manner look we she has not come in to cause trouble just need some electricity. To which she the little madam then said you know I could ban you from the shop.bering in mind she was talking to me at this time and I have never had a problem ever before with any of there family ever.to which I said look I'm disabled don't want any bother.To which the little madam said well I have the right not to serve you cause you gave us a 1 star rating. At no point YET did I loose my temper and I said we came to this post office as I'm disabled and town is to far for me.then the little madam said well why would you want to come to a 1 star shop. Bering in mind again I have never had a problem in this shop ever before.i then said we came in this shop thinking that the issue you had with my wife which wasn't even in the post office side it was the shop side had past. But because my wife gave you an honest review your holding this against me. I then raised my voice slightly and told her what I thought about her attitude towards there customers and that a review which my wife is i entitled to is not or should not be her main concern. Taking money from the few satisfied customers they have should be her main concern which up until today I was satisfied. She then said well I'm only young. Surely if your only young you should not be working in an establishment such as a post office. I told the manager of the shop that the little madam could do with some training in customer service to which he then said she is well within in her rights. Well manager that's not how customer service works.i work for curry's pc world and would not dare speak to customers the way the little madam spoke to me and my wife . I then discover that we are not the only ones who now have a problem with the attitude of this family who run the shop.non of the people who run other stores locally have any respect for the staff at the ladybroke post office because of the way the speak to and treat there valued customers.i know they will read this but I basically don't care I have been in touch with the local post office bureau who are going to look into the matter further. I have asked them for a copy of the cctv footage hoping there is audio as well on the recomendations of citizen advice bureau.if for one minute they think that I will let this go they are very mistaken. In times as hard as they are for local businesses in and around Mansfield you would think that they would want our business not turn it away. Like I said I'm a disabled man and never had a problem with this shop or it's staff and for me to be treated in this way because they had a disagreement with my wife is disturbing and disgusting. And to the manager who up until today I had respect for I hope your proud of your daughter cause if my daughter acted like that for my business towards a customer she would be sacked on the spot. And if you have anything about you you will apologise to me the next time we meet. Cause if you listen to and watch the cctv you will see that I'm in the right and she was very much in the wrong.
Had some problems with post office section, recently.but now explained and back to normal. Great people, shop and post office. Would be in a mess without it.
