Awful service, the worst postal office ever. Don't wait for their help at any point.
Shockingly poor service!Tell you what, queue patiently for 10 mins with 15 others in line with just two assistants at a busy lunchtime then watch them let people queue jump from a section to the right of the cashiers!!!Mansfield at its worst...nothing changes here
The man who works there is the one of the rudest in retail. He is so rude and obnoxious. He make me want to avoid this post office at all costs. He is often very slow at serving. I have been queuing up to an hour in the branch to post a single parcel.
This branch has a lack of staff and the queues are always long! I always plan an hour when I come in store and most often then not there all sat talking.I actively try to avoid one man who is so slow and is always going off topic to sell you things. He is slow and takes his time with any request. Awful post office. Although it's my local, I'd rather drive to Nottingham.
If they spent more time serving customers politely but quickly and less time chatting about everything under the sun or trying to sell products, the customers waiting on line would be a lot happier
