Always friendly staff really like this one, they have even allowed me to check the size of the dog cage for my car. Very helpful .

Love this store and take a trip here every week. Love the range of small pet products they have. Have bought most of my hamsters from here and only ever had an issue with one but they covered the vet bill. The only thing i could say is they never seem to know the sex of their animals.. other than that a great place!
Bit hit and miss with some staff being very helpful and knowledgeable and others really not. Some items can be pricey, but a good ranged of products for pets and a nice bright, clean store. Plus with the rewards card you get money off vouchers and a percentage of your spend is donated to animal charities.
