The owners and staff are fabulous and have made my already beautiful girl even lovelier. I would recommend Diversipets to everyone. My american akita had developed issues around being bathed and dried at a large pet shop chain in forest town due to lack of knowledge and care. I was worried they had caused lifelong issues that may prevent me from getting her groomed in the future, however Mandy and Shane are real experts and obvious dog lovers. Luna left looking beautiful and happy, even enjoying the dryers!!! Shane took his time (2 hours) and really worked hard to gain Luna's trust. Its amazing how different Luna was by the time she left, calm and no longer anxious.Thank you so much and we will be seeing you soon.
Having given up on my dog ever being cut at a dog groomers because of certain skin ailments ie mites and yeast infections over the last 5 years and continuous chewing and licking at his feet , he had become a bit vicious and bad tempered and therefore was difficult to handle. As I work at the same place as the partner of the groomer he said that his wife had managed a lot of dogs that according to their owners were unmanageable to cut but have been surprised that she has been able to cut them and done a good job ,so I couldn't have been more pleased that my grumpy westie got cut for the first time in years and was just in time for this hot spell we are having of which I am sure he felt a lot better and comfortable and could relax , with thanks to Mandy and Shane and staff will definitely be booking again in ISeptember!
