Not very good service and the person who was dealing with me didn't have a clue what he was doing.Went to another solicitors after a email exchange and was dealt with more effectively and with better quality. Was told I needed paperwork from the council and it started off at just 10 but then rose to nearly 500. When all I needed the second solicitor to do was offer an imdenity, Don't know how the first solicitor didn't know about this. And with that amount of money coming after months of none action and so close to Christmas, anyone would be angry. Then charged to get my own paperwork back that I had supplied to them. So to be fair one star is too good , if you could do minus then it would be.
