Good service, and freindly staff who explain everything about our dog's care.
Good points are that the vets practice is decent, with nice staff who genuinely care for your pet. The prices are Ok, medicines about 30% more than online pet pharmacies, which is acceptable for a physical practice. Vets4Pets vac for life is good value, 99 for vacs and bi-yearly checkups for the life of your pet.Poor points would be that I have yet to be seen on time, they are always running late, even if your appointment is before 10am. Car park entrance is awkward if your car has a large turning circle. And finally watch out for the door handle, if you push the door inwards it nearly rips your knuckles off on the other door as the handles are too close to each other. (This is actually a health and safety risk)

Vet nice but only discussed two options of treating our dog including one euthanasia. Gave a medication that has made him really poorly and when I rang to ask for a call back receptionist said they would be too busy. Customer care has gone down the pan and seems all they bothered about is the money. Also only have one staff member trained in insurance claims and when she's off no one else can deal with it which leaves you waiting weeks in some cases. They have also introduced a ring on the day appointment system like doctors making it harder now to get in to see a vet. Unfortunately stuck at the practice due to convenience if you have options would not advise to choose this vets.
