DO NOT use this company, the customer service here is terrible.We had an attempted break in on our caravan and we were accused of causing the damage ourselves because they had had an independent survey done on our caravan (without our consent) which said the damage was caused from the inside therefore we had done it ourselves.The "manager" was abusive to both myself and my mother in law on the phone (even accused me of swearing at him) but was willing to listen to my partner.The owner comes across as being very nice and helpful but if you go to her with a problem she is quite happy to turn it around so it is your fault. She has no professionalism, she kept moaning to us about other customers and was quite happy to tell us how much she made on every caravan/motorhome.We have since found somewhere else that has the same CASSOA Gold rating as this site but 200 cheaper, more secure and the owners are more amenable and very approachable. I cannot post without giving a star rating, if I could give 0 stars I would.
Security at first looks great but if you walk round the side you can walk in. Vans are far to close. If you haven't got a motor mover you won't get in or out of the spaces
Terrible place, cant fault the security but if you dont have a motor mover fitted to your caravan...do not go here! The site is covered in pebbles, so uneven and the pitches are so close together there is no way you can pitch using your car. You have to unhook and push your van in...have you ever tried to push a 750 kilo caravan up hill on pebbles...completely impossible! And the response from the owner was, you signed contract you get motor mover40 years no one complain...utter rubbish! Everyone I have spoken to about this place has said how bad there customer service is! I very nearly sold my caravan cos this place made the whole experience so upsetting. First time we tried to pitch after an hour of trying to push it in we had to ask our friends to come and help! Response from the owner was completely patronising dont get upset, you new to this, calm down! So glad we have now gone to storage solutions in Mansfield woodhouse...amazing people, helped us pitch and have said will always help get the van out if were struggling...and cheaper too
