Always find a good bargain when we visit here! If only we loved closer! Staff in all shops we have visited are extremely helpful, friendly and polite
Good selection of stores but needs a toy store or something else for the kids .. only so many times you can visit build a bear. Good Lacoste and Hugo boss prices.Converse, Luke, Nike, Adidas, Reebok.Suit shops like moss , lots of home and cook stores. Children's facilities available like microwave, push cars etc Food court with variety of food like Chinese, fish and chips, burgers and snacks. Seasonal events regularly happen.
After Christmas madness! It's took us over 40 minutes to find a parking! It's small but very compact. Shopping with kids is usually madness, but our boys had lots of fun. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy.
Good outdoor designer outlet which has good shops and facilities. We decided to take our dog for a walk around the shops on a fresh Sunday in December. We thought that one of us would take turns waiting outside the shops with our little puppy ! To our pleasant surprise most of the shops at the outlet have stickers in the window saying dogs welcome inside ! This made the day even more pleasurable as we all enjoyed nipping into each shop to browse and get out of the cold. Great location just off the M1 and usually plenty of parking.
Popped in this morning with my new baby, used the baby changing room within the customer services area for the first time and was really impressed with the level of cleanliness (spotless!) It didn't just look clean it smelt clean too. Also was offered use of a quiet room in which I could sit and feed my little boy, you'd need to ask at the desk for access to the quiet room but that way you know you won't be disturbed
