I knew of collections over 25 year's ago and I'm happy to say that they still have a great selection of quality clothes.. I had to return a pair of jeans twice ( didn't have time on the day to try on) and they were super polite in exchanging them on both occasions.. it was also Christmas time but made no difference to their manner.. polite, helpful and sincere. Will definitely shop at collections again and would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy quality clothes in a friendly store at great prices. . Kind thanks

Excellent service nothing was too much trouble. Hired suits for my wedding and from the moment we walked in the shop to the time we returned the suits we were made to feel welcome. The suits were top quality. Brilliant experience would definitely recommend.

The new Collections Store looks fab!Still the same customer service as ever, couldnt do enough for me! All staff are friendly and caring, shown me all the different ideas of fashion that is around. Definitely will be shopping there again, very well recommended. Thank you so much guys, much appreciated! X

A very disappointing experience.Very pushy staff.Friendly, until you wont buy anything.Return a faulty item once, wasnt interested.My whole family agreed about the pushy manger who works there. Shop elsewhere, better value and genuine customer service. This isnt a competitor review for the record.Appears very scarastic in terms of the review responses.
