Jim helped me out on a Sunday evening when I had stupidly put a nail through a pipe. He was with me in 45 minutes and fixed the problem at an extremely great price considering the Sunday evening. We spotted another issue in the house and it was no trouble to fix it on the spot there and then. He was so friendly and honest I have just had him today fit a new boiler for me. They answered the call within 2 rings and within 20 minutes, a plumber was at my door. Very fast turn around.
