Reluctant to give one star ..shame one women serving who's very rude and blunt let's the pharmacy down ....
Very poor service at this chemist , too many people behind the scenes & one doesn't know what the other is doing, prescriptions take 4/5 days after they been sent from doctors ,I moved to another chemist my wife stayed still has problems mentoned
I have used the delivery service from this chemist for some years now but for the last 6 months it has been disgraceful. Place the order by phone and then struggle with getting my important tablet in time. If I was not on the ball I would have been left cold turkey I.e. without my anti spasm tablets all weekend and more. As a disabled person who is venerable I find this unacceptable. Who can you complain to , to get this resolved.
First and last time using this chemist - went there to use the Pharmacy First service and the lady who served me was extremely rude, asking very personal questions at the top of her voice in front of other customers and generally looking at me like scum for using this service (while on maternity leave). The phamacy around the corner however was lovely, will be going there in the future.
Hate this chemist. Slow service even though I order online few days before hand. Always put a note not to delivery my prescription but seems they can't read because half the time it's out for delivery and go fetch it on my lunch break and it's out on delivery. Staff seem to not want to be there and got attitude and rude
