Plenty of things to exercise children of all ages. My own grandchildren love the place.

Once a fantastic park however now all the equipment, particularly the skate-park are in desperate need of a re-vamp. The car park is very un-even and broken so between the poor skate and parking facilities we no longer visit.

Yeoman Hill Park, the bearer of a Green Flag Award - to which I assume was judged by The Three Blind Mice. It seems the council's budget stretches as far as nipping down to the nearest garden centre and buying the cheapest plants known to man. For those who have never been, you will be delighted to find: A gravel car park with more holes in it than a wheel of Swish Cheese, a bowling green (probably the only respectable part of the park), a children's playground, a bandstand that gets more use from the local youths smoking the wackteria bacteria, and last but not least, a skatepark that was built the day that all the contractors forgot their spirit levels. This park needs serious work, and Mansfield District Council needs to pull their finger firmly out from inside of whatever dark hole they have it crammed into. If I was to run the equivalent of a MOT on this park, I would reccomend levelling the skatepark completely, finding a professional contractor who knows exactly what they are doing, and this time, I'll make sure there are several spirit levels in sight to make sure they get it right this time.If anyone from the Mansfield District Council reads this, I am more than willing to run a action group in order to get this skatepark not only fixed, but knocked down and rebuilt. Otherwise, I shall personally come down with my mate Thor and his hammer, Mjolnir, and it will be left looking like something straight out of Chernobyl.

Well kept park clear of litter. Been coming here for last few years. The kids play park is well used by my 6 year old with walks around the park and gardens. Plenty of car parking space in the off road car park (free of charge). Plenty of other things here we don't use- bowling green, skate park, football pitches and more. Great place to visit

Well kept park, tennis courts and skate ramps. Free parking is available and plenty of walk area for separate dog walking with ample litter bins for waste. Nice place to take the kids from toddlers to early teens there's something for everyone here
