Ordered two large kebabs and chipsboth off these was unacceptable, both off them where burnt and tasted horrible and the chips tasted like they had been microwaved, will not be ordering from here again

Absolutely discussing customer service skills, I ordered something for when I finished work at half 12.35am, they arrive half hour early, not my fault then think its alright after they ring me to see where I am, and I say I'm canceling the order as I won't be home in time and the food will be cold. They wait till I get home, SAT OUTSIDE MY House, and started to have an argument with me and woke my neighbour up and his daughter. Absolutely ridiculous, will be going in tomorrow to put in a formal complaint. And letting the police no.
