Terrible service after a bad skiing accident. Lost documents unreturned phone calls and broken promises. A disgrace to the industry
Completely uncontactable, never answer the phone and don't reply to emails. Have a policy with them through work but would never choose to use them independently.
Had to give one star as unable to leave none!An absolute shambles of a company who use every trick in the book to get out of paying a claim. AVOID AT ALL COST!
This is a non-serious company and treats people the same way. It's a scam. they invent fictitious reasons because they do not want to pay compensation. Not waste money and time is not worth it.
Unfortunately I had to claim for some hospital treatment on a cruise ship. All claim forms were completed onboard and my excess paid. Simple you would think! Some 5 months later this company are demanding that all the forms are filled out again and asking for the excess to be paid before they will continue! They do not answer when you call and when you do manage to speak to them, deny having any information. Do not waste your money.
