We took my grandad here expecting great care and friendly staff to be surrounding him and this was expected to be a long term stay however it lasted less than 2 hours. The receptionist was lovely however the nursing staff were careless and seemed oblivious to the fact they had any patients at all let alone a new one. To say the head nurse was like cruella de vil is an understatement. She stated that for at least the first month he would have 1 to 1 care to settle him in however this was a complete lie. We went to ask her what to do next as he was obviously unsettled and in a state and she asked us where his meds were and that shed give him a lorazepam. This was a complete shock as he had been completely stabilised and had not taken this for over 3 weeks. If you care about your relatives at all I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
