I've been putting the DIY job of changing handles and locks off for a year as I wasn't looking forward to having any problems with the job.Get as many measurements as you can and if possible take the existing old parts with you. I had to visit a few times as I didn't know about the barrel measurements and then later the same day there was an issue with the old locking mechanism unit. So in total I've improved 3 composite doors and a double patio door. I would definitely recommend this place and if you are local and not sure then it's well worth a visit. There is no showroom, but the front counter has a decent display and the staff are willing to assist and explain. Really Heapful Staff on Front Counter. Thanks.
I rang for advice and got a very pleasant assistant/owner that gave me no doubt but to buy from them, the delivery i paid for was early and the product fitted perfect because of the online detailed fitting diagrams, spot on thank you
