Great hairdressers

Not the best experience in fact I was really disappointed with the end result upon further examination when I got home. Firstly, my appointment felt rushed and a massive inconvenience to the stylist. I have a lot of hair to get through so probably the worst client to attend to late on a Friday evening and I felt it....I did specify over the phone I'd be wanting a colour as well as a cut but this seemed to come as a complete surprise to the stylist and was met with a pissed off silence. There was no consultation or questions asked about what I wanted, I did show some pictures of the style I liked and the overall cut was fine however the colour was slapped on quite close to the scalp and I felt no care was taken at all....this became apparent when my hair had been dried, the colour was a brighter blonde than I was used and not the ombre/highlighted look I had asked for but I thought I'd go with it (it's pretty dark in the salon so I couldn't see it properly) I was offered a bit of hair spray and that was it. When I got home and under a brighter light I was shocked to see a full on yellow colour where my honey highlights once were and actual zig zag lines where the colour was just slapped on and not properly blended in...it did not look natural at all and I hated it. I will not be returning here again. I have since had the colour corrected at another salon and they also agreed on how bad it was. Very unhappy customer.
