just had delivery of sofas ordered just over two weeks ago. delighted with the sofas and the delivery folk were really lovely guys, ki d and professional. second time i have bought from them and would go there first next time. knowledgeable and courteous staff.
bought a Banksy table from them in 2016 at a cost of over 500 had no end of problems with it with crank that winds the table up and down not working and also table beginning to wobble were axis shaft meets the table legs. after several visits they replaced it in august 2017.again now the table has started to wobble and we only use it for show.James came out and said all it is that a nut comes loose at the bottom and it wants tightening.I asked why does it come loose if we don't use it which he couldn't answer and then said I only have your word for that you don't use it I said we need to swap for a different make to which he flatly refused saying he didnt have to come out to fix it as the table was out of warranty.but we've had problems since we purchased it his attitude was not my problem reallypoor quality at an expensive cost poor lack of service from them too won't be shopping there again .
