I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but feel that the excellent patient care myself and my family have always received over the years at Bull Farm Primary Care Centre needs to be shared....I have always found the receptionists to be polite and helpful and the doctors as well as the practice nurse's patient care to be nothing but first class. The doctors I have seen in all the years as a patient there have been approachable, made me feel listened to and have always delivered excellent patient care. The treatment I have received as well as my family has ensured we have all had the best personal health and social care when needed and I cannot praise the surgery enough for this.I'd also like to add that the doctors who are there now Dr J Crossland and Dr S Patel are two of the best I have come across.... easy to talk to, genuinely interested in your well being, give invaluable advice and support, always make prompt referrals if necessary and most importantly never make you feel you are wasting their time... all the things you want and need when dealing with personal or sensitive health issues or concerns.I cannot recommend Bull Farm Primary Care Centre and the service they provide enough, definitely a 10/10 from myself and my family!

I been coming here for years and the time waiting 30mins to 45mins it's getting ridiculous when they say your appointment at 4pm end up waiting till 4.30pm to 4.45pm they need sort it out more doctor or something
Absolute joke, been trying to get an a appointment for a week now ringing from 8 am when the phone lines open and them answering at 5 mins past at the latest only to be told that all the slots have been taken in the 5 min that I've been sat with the phone ringing. The fact that you can't book a day on front is bleeding ridiculous!
