Absolute rubbish customer service!. Specially from the assistant manager. Dont take your car there unless you want shoddy workmanship and your car to come back with extra damage. Took 3 attempts to get my car back in a decent state on the 3rd attempt i gave up.It originally went in to have a new bumper on collection came back with paint chip, scratches & the paint on the new bumper coming away. The assistant manager came out to have a look & couldn't give a damn. Took it back in and collected it two days later, the paint came away on the bumper again the technician was told to touch it up. Well it needed all doing again! They touched the paint chip up with a red paint pen.. you can still see the chip but its red and not white anymore, they t-cutted the scratches they have gone. They took it back in again then all seemed ok but alloy had been sprayed with something when they've cleaned it & now ruined my alloy whilst in their care. Still waiting on the manager calling who was supposed to be in this Monday. That day I collected it for the 3rd time the car inside was absolutely disgusting inside the steering wheel was thick with dirt and grease. Shocking workmanship and service. I wouldn't have given them the one star but it wouldn't let me post!
Just been to collect our car after our insurance company sent it there for repair. Very unfriendly staff member. Upon getting into the car we discovered they'd used 100 miles of fuel. We had taken pictures of how much we had before it was taken on a low loader. Pretty disgusted they would drive around in our car. They weren't even aware of our use of a courtesy car from their company
Great company, didnt like one of the staff members rebecca quite cold and not very friendly, the other staff lovely though would use this service again
