I've struggled to find a decent, trustworthy mechanic/garage in the past. I came to these few months ago and they were great and I've returned again recently. Think I've finally found the place to keep going back to.
Jamie went above and beyond, another excellent experience at Halfords Autocentre Mansfield. We really appreciate Jamie's great service and help. The wife's 58 plate Freelander 2 went in for a strong exhaust / fuel smell in the cabin. I explained the situation on the phone and he promptly booked us in. On the day he called to explain the injectors were leaking, and unlike what I sort of expected (replace all injectors) he said they would look to carefully remove the injectors and re-seal, which as you can imagine costs far less than a new set of injectors! A pipe broke as these tend to be quite brittle on a 10 year old car, and this was replaced at no cost, how's that for customer service?? Jamie went all out and got the car back to us the same day (pipe was going to be next day), so what can I say, really liking Halfords Autocentre. Top service by Jamie (and Paul last time).Halfords head office, if you're reading this, take care of Jamie and Paul and all staff like these. This is what we need as customers, a trustworthy and reliable garage with great customer service. I will take our cars to you from now on. Thanks!!
Special offer price for the MOT was the cheapest around. Easy to book on line. Staff very friendly. MOT completed very speedily. Will book again next year if the price is still competitive.
The team at Mansfield are excellent. I think it was Paul who I dealt with in reception, very friendly and polite , answered all my questions and was very efficient. Even when I lost my phone he used his own phone to help me find it . Excellent service same as last year , and I wont hesitate to go back in the future. WELL DONE MANSFIELD staff !
