Garage does not keep to the appointment times given online. Staff were polite and work done to good standard. Will definitely go back, but I feel time management could be improved when appointment times given online
Great customer engagement at F1 Autocentre, Mansfield. Had F1 carry out a short service on my Octavia VRS. Polite and courteous staff, car ready on time. Highly recommended service centre. I have visited F1 Auotcentre on several occasions with each of my previous cars, BMW 330i, Honda CR-V and now my Skoda.
Always friendly and extremely good value for money. Have returned to them on a number occasions with various motoring issues and have always had them resolved. Highly recommend to family and friends.
I was booked in for 2pm. Work did not start until 3pm. They should have rung me up to stop me having to wait an extra hour. The staff were personable and knowledgable about cars but I am still awaiting a completed receipt.
I drove away from Formula one autocentres not with a satisfied but feeling unhappy when I thought about the experience at the centre. let me explain why, I go through the thing that made me feel this way as I thought about them while driving home. Driving down the road I noticed my dash cam had been disconnected, the cable that is impossible to catch by accident and is a good tight fit had been taken out thus turning the camera off. I was told I could not have a readout from the wheel alignment machine showing the reading before and after what work had been done. it made me think about the cost of a 15 minuet job no parts just labour. 87 for 15 minuets = 348 per hour. The first thing that happened that started me thinking was that the mechanic had told me my breaks pads were wearing was he expecting me to say can you do them then. My break pads had been replaced at the end of September when the service had been done on my car by my local family run garage by people I know and trust. Why did I come to you for tyres because he could not match your price and being a pensioner I have to look at that. So I didn't feel good after my visit.RegardsTrevor Wood.
